Yes. You can extend your existing premium membership while your current premium membership is still active.

Important Notes:
1. You are allowed only to upgrade to the next level and not downgrade.
2. Extending your premium membership will ADD the days to your current existing membership. For example, if you still have 90 days left of your premium membership and planning to add platinum membership of 360 days, your total premium membership days after successful payment will now show as 90 + 360 days = 450 days on your dashboard.
3. There are no refunds.

Yes, you can cancel your premium membership at any time from your account settings. However, NO REFUNDS are made. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Go to MyMembership link by clicking on the small arrow pointing downwards near your Name on the Top Right corner of the web page. This page gives you all the details about your current membership and the options to extend it.

Do I still keep my remaining days of my current Premium Membership? Yes. For example: If you have 30 days left of your existing premium membership, these days will be added to your new membership.

Generally, we do not offer any refunds. To qualify for a 7-day money-back guarantee for premium memberships. You should NOT have accepted interests or have exchanged contact details through messages. After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable. This is to deter people misusing the refund facility. We will consider any genuine cases and work with them.
